Bats, pads, and other equipment worth Rs. 16 lakh belonging to some players have been stolen in transit. According to a report in The Indian Express, the things went missing on the way from Bengaluru to Delhi. The players found out when their kit bags were brought to their rooms. Most of the things that were stolen were bats. David Warner, Phil Salt, and Mitchell Marsh each lost three bats. In fact, five bats were stolen from the young Indian player, Yash Dhull. Also, some cricketers had their shoes, gloves, and other things taken.
