Some Unknown Facts about Imam-ul-Haq
- Imam-ul-Haq, a Pakistani cricketer, opened his ODI career with a century. He is one of the few cricketers who have scored hundreds in each of a test match’s two innings. He is Inzamam-ul-Haq’s nephew and a legendary player in Pakistani cricket.
- During the 1947 Indian Partition, his family relocated from Hansi, then in Haryana, India, to Multan, Pakistan.
- After seeing his uncle Inzamam play cricket, he became interested in the sport. Although he didn’t want to play cricket professionally, his school had a strong sports culture, and his coach, Saud Khan, saw his talent and urged him to do so.
- He made 200 runs for Habib Bank Limited in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy final of the 2016–17 season.
- He contributed to his team, the Lahore Region Blues, winning the 2017 National T20 Cup by scoring 59 runs in the game’s finale while remaining unbeaten. He received Man of the Match for his outstanding effort.
- He contributed to Pakistan’s victory in their first test match against Ireland by scoring 74 runs in the second innings while being unbeaten.
